Stallholders, traders and concessions

We have many different trade stands and stalls offering a great browsing and shopping experience. We take great care to ensure our stalls engage and entertain our visitors, choosing traders that give us the correct balance and variety.

Our visitors enjoy a wide range of local crafts, charities, activities and displays, with delicious foods and refreshments from local suppliers to suit all budgets.

We provide each stall holder with 3 x 3 metre (or multiples of) space on grass standing. We require a copy of public liability insurance and acceptance of our terms and conditions (available on application) 

Our stalls and trade spaces are already full for 2024. Nevertheless, we greatly appreciate enquiries and consider all applications via email to stalls@frenchayflowershow.com 

We are particularly interested in fresh produce from local farms, locally grown food suppliers and technology.
