This year’s new Schedule of Classes for the Show is now available to view and we look forward to welcoming you to the show!
Please take a look and prepare your flower arrangements, prize vegetables, photos, art, baking and crafts in good time.
This year we’re thrilled to offer almost 200 classes, with over 30 new ones to mark our 80th Anniversary Show. The range and diversity are sure to pique your interest, with classes themed around the number 80, the 1940s and WWII.
Consider challenging yourself by growing something new, such as okra or aubergines.
We also have more classes available for houseplants, including those featuring orchids, terrariums, and cacti collections.
Our cooking department is spicing things up this year with a new ‘World Food’ class, a cake decoration class, and a challenge featuring wartime recipes. These
new additions are bound to stir your curiosity and appetite.
For handicrafts, new offerings will include pottery, woodworking, and an up-cycling challenge. In floristry, we will encourage you to think big, while our photography program now includes a new close-up class.
Additionally, we will feature a group class showcasing works from individuals living in residential or care home settings, with a silver trophy cup awarded to the winner.
