PAPER ENTRY FORMS
- Paper entry forms can be download and printed. Here (OUR ENTRY FORM IS BEING DEVELOPED. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE)
- Paper entry forms will also be available from 1st June from the Frenchay Museum at 1 Begbrook Park, Frenchay, BS16 1SZ. Although there are limited supplies.
- Paper entries can be delivered by hand or sent by post to the Entry Box at Frenchay Museum, 1 Begbrook Park, Frenchay, BS16 1SZ
ALL Entry Forms MUST be submitted by 6pm on Wednesday 8th July 2026
NO LATE ENTRY FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED
Bringing your Exhibits to the Show
Once you have submitted your entry form by 6.00pm on Wednesday 8th July, then please
bring your exhibits to the Main Marquee on either:
• Friday 10 July between 4.00pm to 7.30pm. (Except for food items)
• Or Saturday 11 July, on the morning of the show, between 8am and 9.45am. No Cars can enter the site after 9,30 (for safety reasons) so if you need to drop off your exhibits by car then please arrive early
You will then be issued with your personal exhibit cards and number by one of our friendly stewards at the marquee and they will show you where to place and stage your exhibits.
